We are so confident you'll love our products that we offer a 30 day no questions asked money-back guarantee. If for some reason you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase you can send it back.

Products must have all original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for a refund.

Please note on all returns you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service or we cannot guarantee we will receive the parcel.

Damaged Products & Concerns 

If you receive your product and it is damaged or you have any other concerns please reach out immediately to our support team at hello@nutbagsgrooming.com and will handle it.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty for an additional charge (see checkout page). If you have any issues with the groomer within this period reach out to our support team and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Option available to select at checkout.
